I got a new HVAC system installed in my condo after my old unit broke down on me. Dan was great! He gave me options for repair and replacement, which the companies I called prior did not do, they just recommended me to replace the unit as it was close to 20 years old. Dan did recommend a full replacement but said a repair was possible but he couldnt guarantee how long it would last. Dan was not aggressive at all in trying to get me to buy a new unit, which I appreciated greatly. He sent me a couple estimates and he saved me close to $3000 from the other estimates I received prior to contacting Dan. He showed up on time and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He even sent me a video of the HVAC unit being craned up to the roof. Install went by quickly and went through inspection with no issues. I would 100% recommend Dan's services. Dan was incredible. After four other HVAC companies came out and overcharged us, one even tried to scam us by intentionally tampering with our system. We were desperate for honest help, but Dan fixed everything AND fast. He’s super knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely wants to help. Such a sweet person and amazing at what he does. Since buying our home, we’ve had several issues with our HVAC system that have resulted in my husband and I playing the back-and-forth game with the builder, their HVAC installer, and a few other good-natured HVAC guys trying to help. Working with Dan was a breath of fresh air - he is articulate, good-natured, and helpful.
