Very disappointing experience. I spoke with Vince at this location about a defective Graco CleanShot I purchased here. Unfortunately, he told me "nothing can be done" no refund, no replacement, no resolution. On top of that, I’ve since learned they’re selling counterfeit Graco spray tips and CleanShots. Very disappointing experience. I expected better accountability from a store that sells professional-grade equipment.

Ripped off!! Don’t take anything to these guys for repair!!! Told it would take 3 days for an estimate,still chasing them up after 7 days and getting the run around. 2 months to get my pressure washer fixed and a paint spray pump,which lasted less than 2 months. Was supposed to have been repacked,it wasn’t(verified by paint repair center)and now I’ve got the same problem. Called them up to find out only 1 month warranty & if I didn’t like to take it somewhere else which I promptly did. Lesson learned

Excellent place was the only place I got my replacement switch for my titan capspray hvlp they also service paint machines like graco and others they sell equipment and supplies parts

Vincent and his crew provided excellent service and reliable work. They are very focused on making sure things get fixed completely and not just bandaged. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and honest tool repair shop!

The best mechanic and distribution shop for paint pumps , power washers, compressors , generators, any problem with your equipment i garanty Vincent will take good care of you, if it's not fixable he will straight tell you with out loosing your time and money, you can't fix stupid is his saying. Wen like if you plug a 110v motor to a 220v outlet lol.

I have being a customer for 5 yeas and I always bring my business to Vincent. He is always willing to give you options for parts and not to up sale parts . Great services and reliable work.

We payed this company 75$ to fix a 250 dollar Hitachi air compressor witch they never fixed. We brought it in 2 times after it failed to perform at our job site. He said it was working good behind his shop B.S. Than he goes around saying it's the electrical and that this compressor needs 220 electrical outlets, when the manufacturer has stated 120 volts poseded on top of the compressor. No stars for this dirtbag !!!
