Wilson Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric

Love this company. I receive regular HVAC maintenance from Wilson for the past 8 years. My tech today was Adam Jenson. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Every other tech I’ve had has had the same great attitude towards their job and always excellent customer service skills. Adam made sure to wear shoe covers in my home and put my furnace settings back after testing. He was performing regular heating maintenance and recommended a new filter which he installed. Thanks Adam!

My experience with Wilson hvac was very good Yovel. Admitted he was a novice, however, when he was unsure about issues he would call to get expert help. He also explained potential issues as he progressed. I ordered and paid for parts that’s were of wear. My experience with Brad was also very good this was a follow up due to not having heat the next day after maintenance visit. Brad installed parts that’s were ordered a capacitor and a inducer. It did not take him long to install the two parts. He was efficient and quick.

Jimmy was thorough and patient. He had to purchase a tool to do the repair. He had to travel for 30 minutes each way to get it. He then contacted a more experienced HVAC employee to confirm how to do the work. Long call. Perfect job. Clean and tidy and much appreciated!!

Yovel was amazing. He explained everything in great detail but in a way that was easy for a layman like me to understand. We made a plan to update what needed to be done and he was very accommodating.

Really should be a 3.5 star. Once they actually got there and provided the service for grease trap pumping they were great. Took until the 4th try for that to happen though. First time they rescheduled, 2nd time they didn’t bring the correct equipment (despite being provided with detailed notes), 3rd time only brought one tech when they needed two. 4th time was successful and a fair price.

Duane Thomas, plumbing sales technician, was very personable, showed and discussed options in service as well as hardware. Was thorough. Joseph Wood, plumbing install technician, was friendly, worked quickly and took the time to explain what was installed and how it works. Both gentlemen deserve 5 stars. Your company also deserves 5 stars. Professional, timely and made me the customer feel valued. Communication was a top priority.

Completely replaced electrical panel, upgraded from 100 amp service to 200 amp service. Brought everything up to current code. Technicians were very knowledgable and experienced. They did a very clean and professional job. They weren't cheap but it doesn't pay to take short cuts.
