Hands down, the single best experience I've had working with a service provider in not only my 6+ years in Portland, but perhaps in my entire life. Gregg is incredibly responsive, patient, thoughtful, honest and conscientious. I trust him and his team explicitly. I feel really honored to be their customer. And I consider Gregg to be the Mitsubishi heat pump whisperer of the Pacific Northwest. Can not recommend Balanced Energy highly enough. And they definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

Gregg came out to assess and quote our home for blow in wall insulation. He was prompt, friendly and informative about what to expect from the process. Their detailed quote was delivered when expected and listed everything we discussed as well as any state & federal rebates. Highly recommend!

Jose and his team did an excellent work installing our new ducted heat pump at our office, removed the old unit and installed our new Mitsubishi air handler and condenser unit. He even went into the crawlspace and attic ducts and fixed a flexible pipe that was disconnected, it was great cause for years I didnt know why 1 bedroom wasn't getting air flow, so he found and fixed the problem. Jose also took his time to walk me throug the installation and explain to me how it worked and all those details. Thank you so much for your service!!!

Absolutely fantastic and lived up the the reputation. I heard about Balanced from the Oregon Energy Trust when they used them for testing new potential grants. They were quite busy and took a bit to come quote and schedule me, but their work was extremely fair priced and immaculately done. Their service technicians were respectful and cared a lot about doing things right. I would happily use them for all of my HVAC work.

I had an excellent experience working with Gregg from Balanced Energy Solutions. I consulted him on the possibility of installing a heat pump and insulation. He provided a very thorough assessment of our home which led to a quote and three separate estimates of energy usage based off of different approaches to insulating our home. This enabled me to make a very informed decision, which was amplified by the honest, transparent communication provided by Gregg. I never felt pressured or upsold. Throughout the entire process, I felt Gregg wanted to ensure I was informed and making the best decision for my circumstances.

Gregg and Clover and crew were great to work with! I appreciated the time Gregg took perform an energy audit and layout his recommendations for ways to save energy and that Gregg and Clover checked in during construction to address concerns. Jose, Romero, and Viktor worked very fast and efficiently and I greatly appreciated that they saw issues on my existing ductwork and addressed them straightaway without a change order or a project slowdown. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Everyone from sales, office folks, the folks doing the work are incredibly communicative. I was informed of what to expect and what was coming at all times. I can't recommend enough. If you need insulation work, look no further. They worked with me on some additional needs for painting and were very accommodating. Its not just a great experience to work with them, but my house is so warm! The heater is turning on less and I am excited to see my gas bill when it comes in! I can open my closets without a gust of freezing air. Can't wait to see what it will be like this summer too!
