Justin is The BEST! After a half baked install of lithium and solar on my Airstream by the dealer Justin got it all straightened out and working optimally- in an efficient and timely manner while being just an amazing and pleasant human being!! He took his time and educated me on the system and what to consider in the future based on how I use my trailer. Can’t say enough positive things about the experience- thank you so much!!

We have a Little Guy Max that came with a 100 watt solar panel on the roof. Recently, deciding to add more solar for more off grid camping I searched for an RV solar specialist. I found Portland RV Solar and called, expecting to hear back eventually. What I found was a young man answering my call and Happily answering my questions. After gathering some ideas from Justin, it was decided to go forward with adding suitcase panels and an inverter. The work was scheduled and Justin came to us, which is a huge plus, right on time. We had smooth email conversations and on the assigned day, he installed all the equipment and trained us on functions and operation of our new system. We added new batteries, an inverter, and an outside connection for quick connect to our new solar panels. His work is professional and the result is that we have much more power options than we had even expected. You will be extremely satisfied with whatever work you have done. I received Awesome service from Justin! Since I live 2 hours away he spent time on the phone trying to trouble shoot my van’s solar issue to possibly avoid a trip. When he determined the possible part failure, he ordered it and had it ready for my arrival. After further investigation, it was a simple reboot and the part was not needed. He then spent time explaining my system and adjusting things for better outcome. I highly recommend Justin and his crew for your solar needs.

Justin was a really great guy to work with and I can't recommend him enough. He finished tying together the solar set up in my van the same day I called and was not only efficient but took the time to teach me how everything worked. He got the job done in no time and guarantees his work for 2 years. He had my back when weeks later I had an electrical issue. He came out the next morning. He helped me trouble shoot the issue which was not related to his install. He didn’t have to help me but he did. . Go with Justin and Portland RV Solar. Great service. Reasonable prices. Solid expertise in solar. I worked with Justin to figure out what solution my RV needed. He was generous with his time with me on the phone, and we arrived at a go slow approach of adding a 190W solar panel to the roof of my RV. He installed it super quick and we hatched a plan to upgrade my batteries and add a panel on the ground next spring. I would work with Justin again and would recommend him to anyone.

The solar panel on our teardrop trailer failed. Justin came to us and diagnosed the problem - a leak and rust in the panel wire. He ordered a similar but higher quality panel for us, but it came with a flaw and he insisted on ordering another,as he could not in conscience install a faulty product. The new one works flawlessly and puts out more power than the original one. Justin communicates well, arrives when he says he will, explains everything and answers questions knowledgeably. I can recommend him without hesitation.
