Nick was very personable, polite and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He also explained how the generator was perfuming after the inspection. Service was performed under a maintenance plan so price below is not for just one visit.

By far the most problems we’ve had with a routine maintenance service. Cancelled the original appointment via an email. I think a phone call would’ve been more appropriate so I would’ve known the technician wasn’t coming (I don’t check my personal email everyday unless I’m expecting something) and I could’ve rescheduled the appointment for a date/time that would’ve allowed for me to be home. Instead, Rack rescheduled on their own, didn’t tell me about the scheduled service and sent a technician when I was at work. I found out he was coming when he called me that he was 20 minutes away. We have a privacy fence near the generator so the neighbors don’t have to see the generator. The tech decided to remove the fence and put it back in the ground half ass (would’ve been nice to at least receive a phone call asking to remove the fence or tell me he was sorry that he couldn’t re-install it properly). All the previous tech’s were able to do the maintenance inspections without removing the fence even though I offered. Additionally, when I came home and checked the area there was a bolt on the pathway. I inspected the generator and found that the bolt was from the battery area cover. I reinstalled the bolt and fixed the fence. A unusually poor performance from Rack Electric on this maintenance visit.

Good job. Very professional work by technician Jordan Shaw. Noticed battery was out, replaced same and performed scheduled maintenance as requested. Rack Electric provided a very comprehensive maintenance report and suggestions for improving performance. Very good job.

Rack Electric, successfully completed our automated Generac system installation and hookup, propane tank installation and hook up. They have great technicians and workers, who were professional and efficient. Scheduling was our issue during this process, but all got resolved and completed with a final County approval inspection.

After a very bad prior experience I went to rack Electric and I never looked back. I have been very very happy with all of their services and they are always polite and they know what they’re doing. Thank you Rack .

The gas utility shut off my gas service because they couldn’t find the source of the gas leak inside of my home. It was a scary situation and I called Rack. Their team rushed into work and were able to send a technician in no time. The technician, Travis, worked diligently and was able to find and repair the issue which was in my attic. I’m not sure what I would have done without them. Thank you, Rack for going above and beyond to make sure my issue was fixed quickly!
