Quick response, competitive quote, flexible schedule, great communication. Overall positive experience with furnace + a/c replacement. Installers were courteous, respectful, and thorough. All work areas were cleaned and old equipment hauled away. Install was completed faster than initial estimate.

So grateful for Joe Martinez and the rest of the team at A&E. A/C unit wouldnt turn on 2 days before a massive heatwave and every place I called was booked. Joe was able to come out the very next day and get it back up and running. He was very personable and thoroughly explained everything. Not once did he try to upsell me on parts I didn't need. Last year we started using A&E heating and cooling and have been very happy with the professionalism, price and quick service. Last year near the end of winter we had them come for a late night emergency call. They talked us through our options: a temporary fix that may not last long or a new furnace. They are honest people who laid out the pros and cons of repair vs new and quoted the options for us. They appear to be a small family owned company without all the high pressure sales pitches. We really needed a new furnace but we choose the other option of a temporary fix knowing it may not last long so we could save up to pay for a new one. It lasted long enough for us to save up all summer. We are excited that today they installed a new furnace for us! Highly recommend them!

A/C went out and the Company was immediate in response. Discussed solutions with Joe and decided it was time for a new AC unit. I admire there no pressure approach so much I had them replace the furnace at the same time. Best price in the area and had the job complete in 3/4 of a day. The guys did an awesome job and even followed up to ensure everything was working as it should. Its rare these days company's will stick to the original price they present you in the beginning and they do. No upsell, no pitched service plans, no games. The estimate they gave me in the beginning was what I payed. Will highly recommend going forward. *************UPDATE************* Never received rebate as part of pricing/quote- I'm a little disappointed at the rebate I never received that was sold/quoted to me as part of my purchase of a new A/C and Furnace unit. When they give you pricing they indicate they will take care off all the paper work for the rebates offered on the products. When I reached out to the company about it they did initially investigate things but after a few follow up requests with them they stopped returning my requests for updates.

I called Joe when my A/C went out. Jordan came out quickly to check it out and explained my options. I ultimately decided to replace my 22 year old furnace and A/C.
