Outstanding service—every time! The first time, it was my furnace that went down during a very cold winter season. The second time, it was my AC that stopped cooling in the midst of a summer heatwave. On both occasions, John and his team at Accu-Clime were incredibly quick to respond. They went above and beyond to get my furnace running again and my AC replaced - with professionalism and a personal touch . Topnotch service, experienced technicians, and unmatched quality of work. John and team were nothing short of fabulous: trustworthy, honest, timely, and professional. We hired Accu-Clime for a full HVAC upgrade (furnace, AC, and some venting) after an expensive part for our furnace broke on one of the coldest days of the year. We explored other big-name companies, and Accu-Clime won us over with how responsive and competitive in price they were. John and his team are very knowledgeable and recommended some adjustments to our set up to get the most out of our new equipment. Accu-Clime installed our furnace and A/C about 18 months ago and the system has been running great (they just did our first A/C tune-up). Communication with the shop is always easy and they return calls promptly if nobody is available. I've recommended them to several people now and will continue to do so.

Accu-Clime recently replaced my 30yo AC and 23yo furnace after also fixing the said AC unit as a temporary measure during the hottest weekend last month when other 24hr services either didnt respond or couldn't send anyone right away. One of the owners, John, even drove 3 hours on a Sunday to locate a part for the ancient unit to ensure me and my dog wouldn't have to suffer the heat an extra 36 hours. The technicians Jeremy and Roberto were both great and very good humored about the difficult access issues around my house. The initial repair and subsequent replacements all went off without a hitch. They were professional, clearly skilled, great communicators, and didn'd miss any details that were discussed. I also appreciated that John was very transparent on all the pricing options, gave me credits towards initial repairs once the replacement work was agreed upon, helped me with financing, and also refunded a part that was ultimate not needed. Excellent service throughout and highly recommend working with them!

I am very very happy with the service from Accu-clime My furnace went out on Christmas Eve a few years ago & couldn’t get my usual company to get here in time for Christmas when family was expected ( it was freezing ) After calling around a friend gave me Accu-climes number & recommendation. The owner of the company came and fixed the problem with a small up charge & good humor. I signed on with them for annual service which makes me feel more secure. Jeremy is my technical check guy now & for the past 2 years. He’s great. Today he fixed a few small problems with AC that would have triggered a service call soon. I’d rather do annual maintenance that end up with no heat on Christmas Connie in the office seems to understand field work & schedule at the same time. She is able to schedule service calls a year in advance, at my convenience. Great local company.

I have been doing business with Accu-Clime now for around 10 years. Every time I have needed help they've made themselves available, even on short notice. They are extremely flexible with scheduling appointments, and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. An example of Accu-Clime's service is years ago in the middle of violent snow storm, my furnace went out due to a failed part. Their staff walked me through getting my furnace working temporarily until their staff could safely drive to my location. I haven't forgotten that, and yet every year, their service remains outstanding and affordable. I'm a fan.

I’ve been using Accu-Clime for HVAC maintenance for the past 3 years, and they’ve consistently been excellent. The team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They always do high-quality work and explain things clearly. They also installed an ERV system for me recently, and the installation was flawless—everything was done on time and with great care.
