From the 1st day trouble started on a Saturday to the large repair on the following Monday, MBI Plus and Felipe were helpful, responsive and expedient. We lost a leg in our electrical panel and to be fair, the breaker box was over 20 yrs old. The lines needed to be replaced as well as the panel box. How many times have you ever, had a call placed and responded to and repaired completely, within like 48 hours?? For myself...I have to say, never. Until this past Monday. The men were friendly, informative and certainly no slackers. They hustled and got it all done, in one day. In this day and time...that's pretty much unheard of. Felipe kept in contact with texts letting me know when I could expect them to arrive and then an estimate of associated costs was provided right after the supply house opened on Mon a.m. This, is what I mean by hustle. Felipe made sure we were back in action as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough kind things about MBI Plus. Such a pleasure to work with. Extremely prompt, professional and reassuring knowing that you're getting their very best...because they know, they have that edge, because they offer so much more than others out here. So grateful for this experience. It made a difficult time not so scary knowing it would be taken care of properly and I still can't get over how quickly everything got done.

I used MBI Plus to install camera spotlights a year ago, and recently install an outdoor EV charger. They answer the phone immediately, do what they say, when they say. Excellent electrician service, prompt, and personable. I definitely will call MBI again; thank you!
