I took my phone in to get the screen fixed—it was cracked. The repair was done in under an hour, and the pricing was great. I also picked up some Apple accessories from them. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Great service, great pricing! Edisson is the best. The business is shared with a hair salon, which is a unique setup.

My Samsung S23 Ultra cell phone was in this place to see if the screen worked or not and almost after 3 months the owner of the place gave it to me damaged on the back. When he gave it to me, it did not work and began to heat up, being the responsibility of the one who gave it to me. Then he went back to repair that error to give it to me as I left it and he gave it to me with all the information restored, telling me that it was as I left it and I never left my cell phone like that, so please take a good look at leaving your things in the hands of a professional.

Edisson was very professional, flexible, and understanding. He did exactly what we needed. And did a great job! Really nice to work with him and we’re so glad to now have someone we can call and depend on.

Edisson @ Tech solutions in East Hampton was the only person I spoke to that offered to fix my phone. AT&T in Bridgehampton or East Hampton were no help. He was friendly , explained what happened to the phone and the entire experience was pleasant. It complicated my day but lesson learned. Dont drop my phone.

I can highly recommend tech solutions! My 15 year old Bose Wave System’s CD player was no longer functioning properly. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitors. It now works perfectly again. And at a fraction of the cost of replacing the Bose! I am very pleased with their work!
