I bought my house in august with a new ac and furnace installed fast forward to October I tried turning on the furnace and nothing I spoke with the man who installed it and he told me he was to busy to help me I waited a week and then became rather desperate. So I went to Facebook and asked for recommendations a gentleman named Tyler messaged me right away and asked questions about my furnace and had me take pictures. Sure enough he talked me through how to fix it. I haven’t used their service per se but what that guy did for me was no doubt a blessing. They have got a forever customer I will use them for any future services that I will need.

The tech was amazing. However the office side is disgusting. Was advised of an appointment only to be told the new girl screwed up. I replaced a part for 65 while they wanted 744 to install and then was advised they would not come back out to light a furnace after already paying the 129. Was then given a 35 credit over liability. Find another company.

The technician arrived within the time frame expected, was polite, honest and made the repair quickly. A wire had just come loose. It would have been very easy to pretend it was something much more costly. Thankful for the great experience!!!

I had a new HVAC installed by Ace Air 2 years ago. What a great team! I’ve had it serviced 2x’s a year. Each technician has been super friendly & explained everything; they did to my units. I highly recommend Ace & getting their service contract. They are always on time & call before they arrive. I love this!!!

They always provide me with excellent service. Recently, our air conditioner stopped working. I called them Monday morning. A technician arrived shortly after. He was able to diagnose the problem in a short period of time as my thermostat had quit working. He replaced the thermostat with a new one. I really like the new one and have been very pleased with the prompt service and knowledgeable technician. I always call Ace air for all my heating and air conditioning needs. They continue to provide the best in service.

This company came highly recommended from our general contractor and we loved our experience here! Everyone that answers the phone is so kind and helpful and our technician Shane was awesome! He was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and patient as he answered all of my questions. We will definitely be using them in the future!
