Wow! Walter has literally become my go to for most things home related. He and his team have been incredible to work with! He has assisted in repairing mistakes or necessary repairs from other companies error. They have always been a top recommendation of my teammates vendor list and I finally had the chance to call him. He has walked me through the entire replacement process of my HVAC, furnace, condenser and while at our place, did the same for our neighbor, an estimated provided he did not have to do. When on our roof the first time, he was gracious enough to remove debris from multiple drain spouts to assure no overflow for our neighbors, elevated legs of roof top furniture pieces that were puncturing the new membrane of our roof, just because it was the RIGHT THING TO DO. Walter and his team have since repaired an emergency situation for my client, my home 2x, my neighbor, and they will continue to be on speed dial. I could not recommend Walter and his team enough, including Victor, who is super responsive and always makes sure we are scheduled and problem has been addressed and resolved. Walter specifically has been SO helpful, knowledgeable, kind, reasonable and patient in walking me through pricing, responsive, and honestly 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything! We’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with Arzet! They have helped us out several times over the years and installed our new furnace and AC when it was time. Today, our AC went out on a hot summer Sunday and Walter came out to help us within a few hours of calling. Twice I've called Arzet to repair my HVAC system and twice they've done a great job. Luis is a very professional and communicative technician. Today he replaced a failed capacitor for my AC unit in about 30 minutes. I appreciate that he arrived on time and thoroughly explained the issue. I'll continue to call Arzet whenever I need an HVAC contractor.

My AC stopped working and I called several companies for a quote estimate on AC + furnace replacement. Walter explained the issue most clearly and provided several options to consider. I finally decided to move forward with Arzet Heating & AC and I’m happy with my choice. Very clean and neat work on replacing the AC and the furnace, no mess on site, very punctual and highly efficient!

Walter, Daniel and team were great! I called them for some leakage on my HVAC and Walter came out on the initial call to diagnose the issue. I ended up taking his recommendation and replacing the entire HVAC system as it was well past its due date. Thy came out a couple weeks later and did the installation. The was some loud noise coming out of the condo but Daniel came by the day and got it all sorted! The service was top notched and I highly recommend them! Many thanks!
