Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I was extremely impressed with Asbury Electric’s responsiveness and professionalism. I submitted a service request online on a Saturday and received a call within hours offering to schedule the service that very night—talk about prompt! I chose to book for later in the week, and when the time came, the electrician, Issac, arrived right on schedule. He was courteous, attentive, and took the time to fully understand my situation before offering thoughtful solutions tailored to my needs. Issac clearly explained the pricing and options, completed the work efficiently, and left the space spotless. I’ll absolutely be using Asbury Electric again—and recommending them to everyone I know!

Don & his assistant were very professional, polite, thorough and described everything in senior terms. ☺️ I was very happy they did a diagnostic procedure to include checking out all receptacles. They found 1 indoor receptacle that was cracked and caulked around 1 outside receptacle to protect from rain water. I highly recommend Asbury Electric.

I was in need of a residential electrical company to diagnose and repair the electrical issues that I was having in my attic. And I needed it done sooner rather than later. I did a quick google search and Asbury Electric was the first company that popped up. Based on the 1100+ reviews, and the 4.9 average rating, I decided to give them a call. I was fortunate that they had an opening the very next morning to send out one of their guys. Adam showed up on time, and after a quick discussion on what I believed the problem to be, he immediately went to work! He returned to me shortly and explained what he discovered upon his initial inspection, and told us that with our approval, he would proceed forward and take care of all the issues. It spent a couple hours taking care of business, and before he wrapped it up, he kindly informed my wife and I of everything that he had addressed and resolved. He also provided some recommendations of things we may want to consider moving forward. I can’t say enough about Adam, and his professionalism, as well as his personal demeanor! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first called Asbury Electric, as I’ve never had to deal with an electrical company before, but after the experience I just had with them, I know who I will call for anything electrical in the future! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a top notch company with top notch people working for them!

John and Ricky were nice and professional. They worked efficiently at solving my issue and showed me as they went. John was very knowledgeable with his work!

Our technician Ryan arrived on time, explained each of the findings that he discovered, gave us estimates for each issue found and Ryan was able to correct the three we requested in a timely fashion. Don and his associate were friendly, knowledgeable and able to replace my stove hood with a minimum of fuss and muss. Would be glad to have them do any future projects for us.
