The process was painless. Dustin was knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel comfortable and explained the process and answered questions. It was neat to see my ac unit lifted off the roof, and them following safety measures, then reading this was the proper way to do it versus when I watched my neighbors roof done, and that group just working around the ac unit. This made me feel confident and secure in a job done right, with no shortcuts. Wish all my home improvement companies worked like this team. There were no nails left in the yard, no issues with remnants. Care was taken to keep nails out of my pool and my tortoise in my yard. I’m very impressed and pleased with the work done and the look of my new roof. So glad out of all the companies to go with, (which I had nightmares about things going wrong with others), that we went with Aspire, what a relaxing dream, in safe hands. Can’t say enough about this good experience, a company the way it should be.

We had our roof replaced by Aspire in July 2025 and they were amazing to work with! We had one of their managers (I forget his name) approach us back in February! He walked me through the process and answered all my questions then helped to submit the claim to my homeowner’s insurance that day. I bet you think Aspire took forever to do this roof based on those dates! NOPE! Our insurance was a pain (IMO) and took forever to approve the roof. The original manager we spoke to ended up leaving the company and our project was handed over to John Schuerger. He was phenomenal! He handled all the steps of the insurance process- including coming back out to grab samples of our roof at least twice. John was always on top of communicating what was happening and answered any calls/text very promptly! I also appreciate that not once did he insist on talking to my husband instead of me. Once insurance approved our roof, he had everything ordered. A week later materials were delivered on a Thursday and then that Friday John and his crew were tearing off our old roof and putting the new one on! They were all super efficient and cleaned up after themselves too! A few days after the build, we noticed some of the new fascia was pulling away from the roof. I snapped some pictures and sent them to John. He came back out to look at it in person and agreed that that wood needed to replaced. About a week later he delivered new fascia and had it all fixed! Again, John and Aspire were amazing to work with and we’re super happy with our new roof!

Weston was wonderful to work with - very professional and communicative every step of the way. He helped us work with our insurance company and overcome some unexpected challenges - such as having a second roof underneath the exterior! His knowledge and experience really helped us to get the work covered and completed in a timely manner while keeping quality at the highest level. Highly recommended!

CJ and his Aspire roofing company crew did an amazing job helping us get a new roof working through our insurance company. They were always polite, positive and professional throughout the project process. They helped us pick out the shingle type and color, had the materials delivered on time, had the roofing crew complete the entire process in three days, and left our property very clean when finished. They even power washed our driveway! We couldn’t be happier with our new roof which has added incredible aesthetic and financial value to our home. We highly recommend Aspire roofing contractors and know we received a quality product from a quality company.

I had Aspire do my roof and they did everything that they said they would. Working with John was great. He literally handled everything for us with our insurance company. He found some additional work that my insurance company covered and they repaired those issues as well. The finished product is beautiful. They did all the work in one day and the cleanup was perfect. True upgrade to have a new roof. Thanks

David miller was our contractor and was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. He was able to get us a full roof replacement off of the first inspection. I would definitely recommend him to others! We only had to pay our deductible.
