Just had their team take out our old units and replace it with a Coleman system. They finished the entire job in about 8 hours. They were very professional and timely. They went above and beyond with caring for our home and cleaned up after themselves. They had to completely remove the heat pump inside, cut into the wall to make the space bigger, remove our old unit outside and install an outlet by the new outdoor unit. They even put back our white rock around the new unit without us asking. We love our new AC and the team that did it. It’s so quiet and works amazing!! I definitely recommend them above any other company out there.

Arrived on schedule and technician Dylan was very professional with customer service and knowledge of my present HVAC system. Dylan performed the complete check on the electrical system and the components of the cooling and heating sections . Also a new filter was installed replacing the factory type filter. I was very satisfied with the work performed, with the special promotional pricing. I received several options to upgrade or replace my present 20 year HVAC system, and will consider these options with my upcoming appointment with their customer service staff. We’ve always been taken care of here. Their technicians are on time, efficient and kind. They have fixed our water heater and our Lennox system now. The communication is honest and genuine. Timelines are realistically communicated as well. I truly feel they do their best.

My AC unit stopped working during the hot days of August. The tech from Associated came out the same morning I called for an appointment. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it within minutes. I asked the tech to have an employee provide an estimate to have the AC and gas furnace replaced. Greg responded and examined both units. I was impressed by his low key, no pressure approach. I felt he was extremely knowledgeable and provided reliable information. I look forward to having Associated Heating and AC make the replacements in the near future.

We would highly recommend Associated Heating and Air. Reliable with extremely good service. The HVAC tech Sierra came out to reset our system today. We called in this morning and she arrived first thing this afternoon. Great service! We found her to be courteous, friendly and a hard worker that stuck with the job until she resolved the problem.Impressive and a credit to the company. Associated is a top-notch HVAC company...really the best in the area and we've had experience with a number of them. Keep up the good work! Greg, our Comfort Advisor, was friendly, very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and extremely helpful in getting the right system for our home. He's the reason we decided to go with Associated. We found our installers Matthew and Jesus to be polite, friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable and meticulous. They are a credit to the business. They installed a new heat pump, backup furnace and two zone duct system plus new blower fan and central filter. At the end of each day they carefully cleaned up their work spaces. And finished the job right on schedule. I was particularly impressed with their very neat final installation--care was taken to do everything right and it looks spiffy. Even the City mechanical inspector was impressed with the installation and said so. Our final Associated visit was with Chad, the service supervisor.. Like the rest of the team he came across as very professional, polite and friendly and super knowledgeable on setting up the entire two zone system and thermostat controls including our remote upstairs sensor. Appreciated that he took his time with us on holding school on thermostat operation. Final Report: Our new system is amazing and we couldn't be more pleased. Even in our recent very hot weather the upstairs now stays cool while the downstairs also remains comfortable. Thank you Associated!
