I highly recommend this company! During a heating failure of our HVAC system, they were recommended to us by a major company. We had 3-5 inches of snow surrounding our home and they said they would be able to come to our aide in 48 hrs that noone else could match. The owner himself showed up early for our appointment. He took careful time to evaluate and explain to me each system as he did his discovery process. Once he found the problem there was no "upselling". He got us operational, improved our settings for better, more efficient, comfort, all at a very reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Knowledgeable, fast service, at a fair price. If you have a service or installation company you are using or looking for, this company should be your first call! The best!

Was assigned this company thanks to our home warranty due to our AC going out. Very prompt service on their part, despite having to wait for the home warranty company to send them the compressor to replace the failed one. Everybody from this company we interacted with (2 techs and I assume the same rep on the phones) were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

We have a home warranty company who hired these guys to fix our furnace on December 30th. On January 22nd we got a text that they finally ordered the "correct part". That's 24 days after they were given the job in the middle of Winter! We can't get ahold of these guys on the phone. I called the home warranty company and they couldn't contact these guys either. However, the warranty folks were able to find out that the "part" is expected on February 4th. That will be 37 days without a furnace in Winter! Stay warm and use someone else!!!

I have used Wades business for many years, and I can only say good things about his business. Many times he has even worked late when a tenants furnace had to be replaced, Recently, something went wrong with my air conditioner, he diagnosed it and replaced the fan motor right away. He an his crew have always been professional and do excellent quality work.

We had our indoor furnace leak water over this last hot wknd, called Cool Heat and the owner Wade came out today and fixed the problem! Such a nice man and very professional. I highly recommend his services and business!

Wade drove from Eugene to Forest Grove after being scheduled thru my home warranty. I'll keep it short and simple, this highly experienced Journeyman and owner of the business is by far the best I've seen at this craft. I personally am a 17 year Journeyman in the electrical field, I've seen a few others to compare. Problem solved in a timely fashion.

Wade came out and checked my heating system, and knew exactly what it needed! My system was really messed up from the people who installed it. They didn’t do it correctly or even install heat strips, however Wade from Cool Heat Heating and Cooling came out was very professional and very thorough and got, my whole system fixed now it’s warm in my house!
