Customer with Automatic for three years. Excellent company to work with. The tech who does annual service, Jobe, (sp?) is efficient, professional and all around great guy. Glad I went with Automatic when I had a complete new system installed.

Exceptional knowledge and experience; but better than that: superior response time and delivery of service. Coordinating the staff to come tend to 2 emergencies was a seamless experience, and the staff that arrives is very professional. When they came into our home, they cover their shoes, they have all their tools, are dressed appropriately and even took time to make friends with our dog. They also explained what's going on and in the case of an all day-installation to fix something, kept us updated. Fantastic communication and timely responses each time. Highly recommend.

Our ancient heat pump finally needed to be replaced this month, and the process of getting a new one was smooth and surprisingly painless (less expensive than I was expecting). Today our Heating/Cooling system was serviced by Jobe. He was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He immediately made friends with our two dogs and treated us as if we were long time friends.
