误打误撞来到这里，没想到有意外收获
One of the most accessible of the San Francisco batteries, and right next to Baker Beach! This is a really fun place to explore with the family. As a photographer, I really enjoy the play of light and shadow, as well as the geometry – I often bring my session clients here! Be cautious as folks have been robbed here for their camera equipment. Make sure there are people around and I would be very careful if you are lingering after dark.
It’s a very cool experience to stand behind one of these guns and look out over the beach and imagine enemy ships coming in and this gun trying to slow them down down. Good readings near to illustrate and show how this one worked. Beautiful beach and view of the bridge too!
Hidden place with lots of areas to explore. There’s a cannon but unfortunately it is currently covered up. It is accessible by car and has a great view of the ocean and the golden gate bridge.
