Giant Food

The entire store is well-kept, with fresh produce and vegetables, fully stocked shelves, and a bakery with superb treats. Everyone who works there is always courteous and willing to help those in need. Will always shop here whenever I am in town for the weekend or an extended holiday. Five Stars and highly recommend to all.

This is the best Giant I have shopped. 5 stars for everything. I made a video and took lots of pictures. Store was perfect at 40 minutes to closing. I have been SUPER IMPRESSED with Giant in general but this store took the cake and believe you me its not easy to out do any other Giant store but they did. Giant you guys have a standard, and your employees take pride in that srandard. Awesome job employees of Giant, awesome.

I’ve been going to this giant for a while now and I am fed up with the service I get at the deli. Anyone who works in the kitchen will blatantly ignore you, and when asked to heat something up I get eyes rolled at me. This happens daily and I’m tired of it I’m not usually one to complain but something needs to change, I feel like it’s not that hard to put something in an oven. I would do it myself honestly to avoid getting treated like this. Today is my last day going to this location. What’s the point of selling Ledo’s pizza if the staff won’t help you heat it up?

I walked in, late, having to be at work so im frantically looking for items, Mr.Henry, Grocery Manager, sees that im out of my depth and is immediately helpful. His smile was both warm and inviting....he was knowledgeable and led me in the right direction. Thankyou Mr.Henry, and thankyou GIANT

This review is solely for Victor. I was looking for buttermilk, but couldn’t find any. He said they were out. I was like ok, no worries. 🙂 I then went to the self check out and next thing you know, I look over and Victor is standing right in front of me with a jug of buttermilk. He says "this is the last one I found". I was so grateful and I couldn’t believe he went above and beyond to chase me down (while dropping whatever he was already working on) just to hand me the last jug he was able to find. Thank you,Victor. Amazing customer service from him! Now, I don’t have to run to the next grocery store after coming back from work.

I used to really like this store, but stopped coming here several months ago. They allow aggressive homeless people to hang out and harass people at the entrance/exit. I got tired of dealing with it and have found another store where management doesn’t allow this to go on.

This is a great store with friendly employees. However, I am giving it 3 stars in hopes that this review will gain the attention of the corporate office. I don't know who in the corporate office was sitting around with obviously nothing important to do and decided, hey let's change the chicken batter in the deli department. The SPICY fried chicken batter was sheer perfection! The flavor seemed to be infused in the chicken and not just on the skin. Now, the new and improved batter labeled "BLAZING" is terrible! I know I'm not the only one who hates it. The deli staff has said that numerous customers have complained. My advice to corporate, give that person who signed off on this some real work to do and bring back the "SPICY chicken batter!"
