Jennifer provided exceptional Customer Service From my very first inquiry, the staff at Extra Space Storage were incredibly helpful and professional. She patiently answered all my questions, explained the different unit sizes and pricing options clearly, and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. Her knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. When I arrived at the facility, the on-site team was just as fantastic – friendly, efficient, and eager to assist.

Nathan and the other employees at this location are great. The property is well kept and clean. I like that there are two ways to enter the facility which cuts down on congestion on busy weekend days!

I love how clean this storage facility is! One thing that stood out to me the most was how easy and straightforward the entire process was. Everything was smooth, quick, and very user-friendly. Definitely a stress-free experience from start to finish.

This location is very well ran, and an awesome customer service experience from the young man who has assisted me every time I’ve been there. I just moved away from the area and had to close out the account and it was a very simple and quick process. Would use them again in a heart beat. I can’t say enough nice things about this particular location- very pleased with them!

Horrible service. Unfortunately. Quite a few business are raising their rates without telling the customer. Look elsewhere for good service. I will not be using this company again. Jennifer was great the other people - not so much.
