Warning - DO NOT USE this company!! Service has been horrible and they damaged my furniture and also did not return sone of my furniture because it was broken. I plan on reporting them to the BBB and everyone who will listen and then Civil Court. Almost two months later I’m still trying to be reimbursed for my damages and every week Tony has a different story or explanation. The movers themselves were nice but I noticed they don’t come with enough covers for your furniture and most of them have huge holes in them and I guess that’s where my furniture got damaged. Then my TV stand which is white looks as if they got tired and just decided to dragged it on the floor. They broke one of the support for my dresser mirror. Finally today I received an email offering me $248 for my damages. They did not return the two pieces of glass for my coffee table and scratched it up and broke a chair and also a brand new comforter set.

I was quoted $975 3 guys 4hrs. They took almost 9hrs To finish one guy left early. To then find out I had to pay more then double what I was originally quoted. The lady who spoke to me was rude and not helpful whatsoever poor customer service. Never again.

I got quoted for $975 to move and I paid the required deposit of $100. Packed everything sat and waited with my 6 month infant and my 5 year and they NEVER showed up. When you call, suddenly they don’t answer any of the calls and refuses to refund my deposit.

The movers did an amazing job! They showed up right on schedule after confirming the appointment, then worked non-stop for three hours. Draymond, Sky, and Donte handled everything swiftly and efficiently, all while being super friendly. The booking process was smooth, and we loved that the pricing was based on inventory instead of hours. We'll be recommending 5 Star Movers LLC to all our friends and family!
