I had an excellent experience at this AutoZone location thanks to Adrián, the store manager. He replaced our battery with ease, and since we had no clue how to do it or why it was necessary, he provided a helpful tutorial along the way. We truly appreciate great customer service like his!

I usually don’t write reviews but I came in this morning and got assisted by Raymond one of the morning Managers at this location and when i tell you his customer services are beyond impeccable. He really breaks things down for the customer’s understanding and doesn’t have a problem physically showing what’s wrong with your car. Definitely will be back. Thank you!

I have an account with autozone I normally go to the one by job but when I’m off I go to this location. I did pickup order no problem at the Yonkers location they complete my order within 2 hours. Let me tell you how lazy this location is 2 times I did pickup order and they took over 5 hours to complete my order I literally had to drive to the store put everything I had order in the cart go to the register and tell them I been waiting hours to come pick my order up! the store was empty no customers was there staff was just chilling and laughing I had to complete my own order twice the second time it went past 6hours they are lazy at this location never again!

One of the worse Autozone. They put you on hold and never come back. Went in person ONLY ONE PERSON BEHIND COUNTER. Terrible service....

Great workers!, horrible working conditions. I often come to the store and noticed the heat and humidity the hard working employees have to endure. They’re constantly running in and out of the heat to meet the demands of us customers and they cant even go back into an air conditioned store. Autozone needs to do better for their workers!!!!!!
