Noah's Ark Moving and Storage

Noah’s Ark gave me a realistic quote of moving an upright piano. After comparing other companies, I decided to go with Noah’s Ark. They were fast, efficient and took great care of the piano. I could not be happier. Thank you Jude and everyone for making this a smooth and fast move.

I dont give too many five star reviews and hands down Noahs Ark earns this one. Thank you Junior, Jude, Fransisco, Jose, and (forgot name pls remind). The most important thing to know first is the accuracy and efficiency of the no cost estimation. All I needed to do was send a basic video from my phone. No appointment nor coordination required which I so much appreciate with my busy schedule. The results: our no cost estimate was accurate; the project was on budget and finished even a little ahead of schedule. So already without added costs I was pleased. Even more astonishing was the care and motivation of the movers. I seldom saw them on their phones and when they were it was business related. When I offered them lunch they actually declined saying that a full stomech would slow them down. They really cared about me and my move! They were careful at every step of the process. The only damage we saw to a single piece (of many pieces) of furniture was offered a full repair promptly and with ease. Haven’t taken them up on it yet but we might - they don’t rush us on it. At the end they offered a truck inspection to be sure that everything was emptied. This actually has a pyschological benefit that they hadn’t explained. By going through the truck I proved again and again already that missing items are due to my own disorganization in packing. And sure enough looking hard I have found it all. Nothing is missing. Recommended. I am so happy that I hired this team and I will be hiring them again. Can imagine a more professional, honest, and perfect experience then I had with Noak’s Ark.

I had used the company's services 20 years ago and remembered it had been great. Well, after all these years I have not been disappointed. The quote and communication were painless, very personal and professional. That substantially reduced the stress out of moving. The foreman and the crew were very nice and efficient moving us out of a 5th floor walk-up. The quality of the service relative to the price is well worth it. You can tell the management has its customers and employees at heart which is most refreshing these days. I highly recommend Noah's Ark Moving.

This crew was outstanding!!! I moved from Westchester county to Orange county. The crew arrived early. They wrapped ALL of my belongings, even what I had already wrapped myself, just to make everything extra secure. They worked extremely fast and were extremely efficient! Oh, it was also pouring raining and that did not slow them down one bit. I could not have asked for more. They were careful with my belongings. They were extremely organized. They were polite and professional. I will definitely hire them again!!! Book them! John, Harold, & Franklin knocked it out the park!

We have used Noah's Ark many times. Our family's local move, relocation of our businesses, etc. We have referred them to friends who were also pleased with their customer service. Most recently, Noah's Ark moved our treasured 6 ft Steinway piano, one they handled with care and professionalism. They made sure it was placed where we wanted and all parts were in original working order. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent customer service and efficient movers.
