They .were patient and explained what I needed to get the contract done online while I gave my information over the phone . I had a great experience moving into the Manhattan storage facility on 43rd street .. The facility is clean and well kept .. The staff is very helpful and patient.. Especially Mr. Hooper (Ahmad) he was very professional, very patient, makes sure you understand all the rules, procedures of the building and also makes sure, that you know how to lock and unlock your storage unit the proper way .. He made moving in simple and easy ..

I have been with them for almost 9 months and I love how much space the units have. I still have room in my unit to put more things in it because I have only used half of the space in the unit.
