Prime Storage

Definitely would not recommend renting here! This place shouldn’t even be open anymore! I put my stuff in the unit in August and returned to all my expensive belongings stolen on the 25th of this month. My things have only been here for two months today.This facility doesn’t have cameras everywhere and doesn’t have the proper roofing to protect your valuables! My unit was packed to the top and this is what I came back to! So upset! Don’t know how they received a 4.6 rating!

My company has been tenants with Prime Storage for a bit over a year. I could not be happier with my business here. Tazia processed my group and was absolutely professional. Any needs we have had for additional storage and accommodations, the team here has answered our needs. I have used storage In numerous areas around the country. This by far has been the best experience and excellent value. The building has proven itself secure and well managed. Thanks Tazia and Ariana!!

I'm a new customer. So far, I was greeted in a well manner. Everything was explained and understanding. Patience is amazing. The only thing is the elevator always gets stuck. The elevator situation I can't do to my mental health. This is an amazing place but I have to move due to the elevator and my overall health. I really like this place. Don't be discouraged this place is amazing and everyone is different. I'm not from NY so coming out here gave me problems I never had. They are an amazing place. The elevator is the only approvement they need to make. They are amazing. Don't let my personal experience discourage your decision. I still recommend them!
