U-Haul Moving & Storage at Bronx Park

I recently used U-Haul for the first time, and the experience was excellent. Claudia, the representative who assisted me, was welcoming, informative, and genuinely friendly. Her professionalism and positive attitude shaped the entire experience and made everything run smoothly. The van itself performed well, and the transaction was efficient and stress-free. Thanks to Claudia and the team, my first U-Haul experience was a great one!

The worst employee they have, she doesn't want to help anyone and doesn't speak to customers kindly. I don't know if these employees receive salaries or if they are volunteers to deal with customers in this way.

I wish I could give this place less then one star please stay away from these thieves there not at all transparent about there fee they record and your conversations with out your consent . I had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. They overcharged me $300 for a penalty that was never disclosed or explained, which had a significant financial impact on me. When I reached out for assistance, the customer service representative was of no help, and to make matters worse, the manager, Antonio, was extremely rude and hurtful. I felt very ill-treated and disrespected. I feel like Antonio was trying to intimidate me the way he spoke to me was quite thuggish. I don’t know how you can have someone like this manage what I thought was an amazing company I hope U-Haul improves their transparency and customer service in the future. Until then I will not being using there services again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this company if they continue to have people like Mr rude disrespectful Antonio as apart of there company. You location is in one of the my impoverished area and you try and charge someone 500% more then there bill where is your empathy morally incorrect. I’m regret ever renting from this company and especially this white plains road location. Antonio tried to extort me for free labor and insist that i had to go pick up and transport there U-Haul van from one location to the next STAYYYYYYYYY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why are you texting me so unprofessional. Other better options Hertz Budget Cc rentals All better alternatives!

Do not be fooled by the location just because it’s in the Bronx . The staff are really friendly and helpful they take their time explaining the process and do it all with a smile if you know the Bronx you know customer service is nonexistent so it was really refreshing to see someone take pride and joy in the job a service they provide . I would drive back over here just for the staffs amazing efficient quick service .

It is a great asset in the community. You have randoms outside who offer to work, avoid. They give off bad vibes on the day I went. Maybe you will have a better vibe. But the company has everything you need for your moving needs. Do your research, some items are cheaper at the $1 store or amazon. The uHaul is a must.

El local es grande , tiene parqueo , muchos vehículos ala renta , rentan espacios para almacenamiento , venden cajas , tenían mucha línea por qué solo trabaja una cajera . Creo que corrimos con suerte por que un trabajador nos ayudo amablemente , tenemos que buscar una trillar para recoger un carro mañana que busque todo les termino de compartir toda mi experiencia ,

Easy drop off (24/7) but to get the truck go by 4:30 although the time on the website says later.
