I'm delighted with the Paladin product installed at my residence. The customer service has consistently been exceptional! Working with Allan has been a pleasure; he possesses an extensive knowledge of the solar industry. Any issues I've had were resolved quickly and with the highest level of professionalism. During a power outage, the Paladin battery system smoothly transitioned to provide all the necessary power until the grid was back online. My thorough research led me to select their system in August 2023, which provided advanced technology and great value. The advantage of having a local company and the opportunity to communicate directly with the owner is incredibly beneficial. I wholeheartedly endorse the Paladin system and team to anyone looking for solar/battery products and services.

I already bought Paladin's solar battery to power the whole house - the smaller unit. It seems to be working fine although there has not been a power outage in my area to test it yet. According to my research, it is a superior product over other solar batteries on the market. I am not an expert, just a homeowner who seeks to do due diligence before making major purchases.

Fantastic technology - my wife and I purchased a unit recently given some of our uncertainty with the recent power outages, etc. We have solar power and we wanted to make sure our family didn't have any issues given the fires and weather. Ted, the owner, was also fantastic in helping with the delivery, install, etc. Highly recommended!

Don’t use this company!! We signed a contract back in 2023. It’s been nearly a year and we have yet for them to begin the process. Nothing but empty promises from the sales team all the way up to the owner. Lies, misleading information and just rude unprofessional behavior. We gave it time thinking maybe they would get there act together but as time has gone it’s only worse. Ted the owner couldn’t even be bothered to return a phone call. Hiding behind how busy he is, then that he doesn’t have a signed contract with me. Although I have forwarded the contract. Luis the Sales rep called me back in February saying funding for our SGIP has been approved demanding we pay nearly $90k up front when our contract was for far less. Then said Ted thinks I am a joke and that’s why has not taken me seriously. Our original sales rep Scott was awesome but he left the company last year and has tried to help but Ted and Luis will not return calls, emails or letters. I will be complaining to the CSLB. Wasted a year of our time we could have gone with another company and been done months ago. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PALADIN POWER OR Ted other company POWER NOW ELECTRIC INC.

Worse investment I have ever purchased in my life, horrible equipment and costumer service, since Paladin installed the most expensive power battery on earth at our house, our electricity bill went up, the system never kicked in when power is out and we are losing power because of the battery malfunctioning, all parts are made in china and every time they excuse the problem that they had a bad shipment, it I would list the amount of problems we got from this battery since we installed it in march 2024 I would need at least 4 pages to include them all
