Shout-out to Juan and Monica, but mostly Juan, though. Dude went above and beyond and his shift had barely started. It's clear that he's the subject matter expert in that shift. I was in there a few times that day and he was getting pulled in multiple different directions at the same time. Juan handled it with a good attitude and stayed on point. We troubleshooted a part issue, tool loan, and overall great customer service. Shout out to Juan.

I visited like 6 store of Autozone stores today from Downtown Chicago to S Archer Ave and so on all the near by store. Just for a Check Engine lite scan report. All the Store employes said None of the stores machines work/ They break easily( the scan machines), We can't check it now as there are only couple of employees in store. This is for a Emplty Store with no customer... A simple scan which barely take 30 sec to 90 Sec... Wow. What a Grate service Autozone. Better call it Auto Service Denied zone.

Had a great experience at my recent visit for a part that I needed for my car. Jose was very helpful and even called another store to see if they had the part because he didn’t have it available. It was something really quick and I was happy to fix my car today.

After confirming that this location was a UPS access with a young lady and standing in line to wait for my turn for 10 minutes. Another gentleman smirk in my face and told me that I would have to take it to a UPS store while handling another customer.

Can't believe I can't return or exchange my item at the chain store. never again
