Excellent neighborhood auto shop! Honest, reliable, and very easy to work with. The team here really knows their stuff and takes the time to explain what needs to be done without pushing unnecessary services. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly cares about customers and stands by their work. Pricing is fair, turnaround time is great, and the quality of service is consistently impressive. Whether it’s a quick repair, routine maintenance, or a diagnostic check, they handle it professionally and efficiently.

I went in for a routine oil change and tune up. When I returned home with my car when it was done, I realized one of my tires was completely flat. I called the guys at the shop and despite it being past hours, they drove over to my house to put on my spare tire for me and took the damaged tire back to the shop to be fixed. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and so appreciative of their great customer service.

They did a great job. I’ve been to a few shops now with my older vehicle, and they were by far the most thorough and communicative. They even took my car to get emissions tested for me after they were done!

I decided to take my car to a local business after years of only taking it to the dealership. I had passed by Augusta & Paulina Service Station thousands of times and saw great reviews so decided to give it a try. I loved the ease of making an appointment online to drop my car off. Once they had my car, they did a very thorough analysis and sent me text updates. They texted me a report with all of the recommended work and I was able to check off each one I wanted to approve. The process was so easy and transparent, the pricing was fair, and I am very happy to have such a convenient place to bring my car in the future. I would highly recommend it.

James treated me pretty awful for asking too many questions after I agreed to pay for a service and so I took my keys and I left. I then went to a different shop who discussed prices and explained the parts I would need for the problem I thought I had. He then plugged my car into a sensor and told me nothing was wrong with my car to start with. The cleaner solution I poured into my tank took away the light and I passed my emissions. I had a great experience with this shop—everything was fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. What really stood out to me was how they sent a photo and clear description of the issue, which made it easy to understand what was going on. They also helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed right away versus what could wait, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
