I came in about a week or so ago having issues with my brakes. Clarence was able to help me read the check engine light and diagnose what was happening. He was friendly, knowledgable and thorough and even checked to see what I may have under warranty. Thankfully, there was ultimately a simple fix to the issue but he ran several tests to give me a clean bill of health and confidence as I drove away. I recommend working with Clarence and this AutoZone location 100%!

My engine light Was on when the AutoZone on 76 stony Islands .The young woman told me that she couldn’t get a reading on my car and don’t go to no other AutoZone because they were tell me the same thing , Of course I didn’t like that. so I went toto the AutoZone on 8915 h and Stoney Island. They print Out of what was wrong with my car and I bought all the pieces That they recommended thank you. 89th and AutoZone, 02596,I did call the manager on 76. She said she would definitely talk to the young lady so I really appreciate the manager and 76 thank you and have a blessed day today.

Our car broke down on 80. We were able to get to this Autozone location. 3 hours from home. The customer service was phenomenal. They checked our light, diagnosed, then sought help to get the car fixed. Although we were unable to fix and get towed, the team looked out for us and made sure we were comfortable while we waited.
