Worked out perfectly with our trip. Easy to drop off for the day while we wandered throughout Chicago and waited for our AirBnb to open. Very close to the L (Blue Line) and the store knew exactly what to do with the whole process. Definitely would recommend.

It’s a sporting goods/fan merchandise store so have to navigate people shopping. The workers were helpful and easily accessible across the street from the stadium (Cubs game). Pick up was no problem. Getting to airport a little trickier.
Super close and very easy. Took a picture of my luggage so it was easy to retrieve when I came back and showed the picture. It took me like 60 seconds at drop off and pick up. Will always use this service near Wrigley Field. Go Cubs!
Store is right by the metro station. Convenient service and I felt that my bags were secure.
