I had a great experience with Cassidy tire & service! I showed up without an appointment after getting a flat tire and Dennis squeezed me in and even added an oil change last minute. He called me promptly to tell me I needed a new tire and unfortunately had 2 nails in my flat tire. Everything was finished quickly and prices were fair. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I had a such a great first experience at Cassidy Tire & Service that I had to write a review. I was able to walk in and share with Dennis that I had a flat tire who checked me in pretty quickly. Dennis shared that I needed a new tire and quoted his price. I was looking for a more cost efficient option since I needed just one tire so Dennis took it upon himself to call two nearby tire shops that he recommended personally and found a more cost efficient option saving me $60. I went to the nearby tire shop who honored the price quoted over the phone and was all squared away in less than an hour. A few days later I came back to Cassidy to thank Dennis for his recommendation and going above and beyond to help me with my tire. I don’t know too much about cars so I appreciate him not taking advantage of that. A place built on integrity and customer satisfaction is a place I’d recommend to do business with. Thanks again!!

Dennis at Cassidy tires did a great job today helping us after we picked up a nail in the sidewall of our tire. Dennis reviewed our options, made a recommendation (which I trust), and got us in and out quickly and professionally. This was our second time using this Cassidy store on Western and Melrose and they’ve quickly become our preferred shop. Highly recommended!

Dennis was awesome! Great service all around and my car is driving much smoother. Wheel alignment is perfect now! Every single worker here deserves a raise and a nice bonus. They're keeping cars on the road safe and better to drive! And all within an hour too. Fantastic work!

I walked into the shop after my car battery failed, Dennis gave me a battery starter box to start my car with, I then drove it into the shop for service, Dennis and his whole team were very nice and very efficient and explained thoroughly what was wrong with my car. They completed all repairs and I was on my way within a couple hours. I will be using this shop for all my further maintenance needs and highly recommend! 10/10 service.
