Logan Square Auto Repair provided a solid and reliable experience. The staff was honest, helpful, and explained the issues with my car clearly. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the pricing felt fair compared to other shops in the area. The only drawback was that scheduling was a bit tight, so I had to wait longer than expected. Still, the quality and professionalism made it worth it. I would definitely return for future repairs.

I have an older model Volkswagen and have had several good experiences with Logan Square Auto - I'm so happy to have found such a great shop in the neighborhood! The technicians are always very thorough in documenting and explaining everything, as well as helping to determine what is most urgent to fix and what can wait when things aren't quite in the budget. I feel like I learn something new about my car every time they've worked on it, which is great. I recently had a repair where the part ended up being faulty and they fixed it right away, with no charge, and even went above and beyond and offered to give it another inspection before an upcoming road trip. Nick was so helpful and it was such a relief that it wouldn't be another big auto bill to worry about!

Excellent Auto shop! I've been here several times for big jobs and smaller issues. Today I called at 2:30 pm about my headlight being stuck in my honda crv and Nick said to come on over and fixed it right away and I was all done at 3:00. This really made my day and I am so grateful. I'm so thankful and couldn't ask for a more helpful, honest, professional experience. Cruz has also been great in helping me.

Went to get an oil change. I also needed them to fix a side mirror and replace my headlight bulb. They said they offered free inspection with oil change, I said sure. They quoted me 2600 dollars for a simple suspension repair that I didn’t need, they quoted me for breaks with pictures not even showing the pads or rotors. They said oil change is complete come get the car. I went to drive it and the car wouldn’t start. They jumped it. The repair on the headlight was not complete and the bulb is still out. I directly asked them to replace both headlight bulbs. Sure they did some work, but the service was incomplete and leaves me wondering if they actually did the things I needed and I can only hope they didn’t introduce a new problem with starting my car. Update: they tried to tell me that they didn’t notice the bulb even though there’s a perfectly clear picture of the light bulb that’s out on their inspection report. Very simple mistakes that clearly demonstrate your practice.

Maybe the best repair shop I’ve ever used. I have peace of mind knowing that if I need a car repair, I have an honest, competent option for getting it fixed. They have made various repairs and performed maintenance on my car for years - always correctly, for the quoted price and quickly. Nobody want’s to take their car to the shop. At Logan Square at least I know I’m dealing with nice people who want to do and do a great job. Love them.

I am so happy that I've discovered this place, after so many frustrating experiences with mechanic shops, and the worst, the waiting time. Like days to be diagnosed with the problem, or waiting time for the parts to arrive. Which could cost me so much money on rental cars that would add to the already high price of any repair. I used to drive an old car, that was breaking all the time, and my mechanic claimed it's good to go for 3 - 4 years. I got diagnosed by these guys the same day and they have found so many issues and potential life hazards in my old car, it helped me so much to face my old mechanic with an argument and stop fixing the unfixable. I have worked so hard, built my credit and for a start I got myself a used 2022 Chevy Malibu. I was more than happy to take it to Logan Square for the inspection and maintenance. As the car was still quite new but was sitting for awhile outside not being driven, the discs on my wheels needed to be replaced due to rust, and brakes, and just oil. I got a peace of mind as my car is inspected one more time and I can finally drive in peace having these guys as a backup. BUT the most important - no matter what car got fixed on the same day, and there was a few different things to do and parts needed ! It is so easy to get someone at the desk on the phone, you don't get mind pain from AI driving you in a loop, it really works like the old days, you get the real person! My life saver this time was Nick, and he was always available on the phone! As my repairs were still a bit pricey, they helped me get the financing so I can have some relief and pay monthly. It makes things so much better, so you don't delay repairs and ruin your car more than needed. And you get quality work and warranty. P.S. If you are visiting for the first time, if you try to get there on Milwaukee entrance, you will be so confused and there's nowhere to park. Take Sacramento, which is behind the corner, there's always spots and a parking lot under the train tracks.
