The staff is great and wonderful. Every time i need a part they go above and beyond to get the part am in need in a timely manner. The manager and her team are just a great team to represent the napa store. If i have a problem with a part whether is defective or wrong they go above and beyond to get it corrected. Keep up the good work and if anyone needs help with there car parts this is the store to go to.
I have been coming to this Napa store for several years and Jessica has always been amazing with all my parts needs and questions. She always gets my parts in when she says they will be. I order large quantities for commercial use and if I can't find it she always goes above and beyond to research what I'm looking for and gets back to me quickly with pricing and availability of when they will arrive.

The male cashier was nice, and honest to me. We corrected our mistakes, with understanding. Therefore, this business will get 5 stars from me.
