Y'all, I went into Staples to have a copy made, and pick up a few items for back to school. Folders were 25 cents a piece! Paper and the remaining books bags were reasonable. The real deal though for me, was the Associates. One associate helped me with the copy machine, skirted off to help someone else before returning to politely answer my question, then she helped two others. While I'm in the aisle, she checked to see if I needed help, made some quick suggestions, and showed up to help for her colleague at check out. The ladies looked like me! They were also user friendly, and efficient. I felt seen not suspected. I felt valued not suspect. As I left with my purchases, I thanked both associates and suggested they take time to relax after work!
Opted for a same-day printing order for postcards, and submitted my order before the 12:00PM deadline. Still was not ready when I came by at 15 minutes before closing to check. Please do not advertise same-day printing services if you cannot provide the service. The employee did put in a note that if the order wasn't ready by the next day at 11:00AM that it should be cancelled. While one of the most affordable options for printing, Staples (regardless of location) always seems to be backlogged.
The two ladies Nat & Stephanie were very helpful! We needed a new printer and they helped us find the right one. They went above and beyond to help us.
I’ve never seen such poor customer service and employees less willing to help you. It was almost as I was playing hide and seek with the staff and they were just saying whatever to make me shut up. The atmosphere is as if they hated you for shopping at their store.
Don't use their lamination services or even printing services for that matter. The employees there may care, but my god the supervisor Pat does not and it trickles down. I spent hours designing, printing, and cutting cards for a custom gift and the supervisor for the printing services ensured that the lamination for these cuts were a) delayed for 24 past the pickup time and b) done so terribly that the final product was unusable. Truly unusable. Not even a "sorry". They were cut too closely for half the cards where it compromised the integrity of the lamination, and cut over 1 inch too long on other cards. There were even cards laminated TOGETHER. 2 different cards both put on top of each other and laminated. I have less cards then I even walked in with because of it. It is literally unusable for so many reasons Hand trimming would not fix what they did. Again, not even a "sorry." Just a sarcastic "yeah, ok" when I asked for an apology. Willing to apologize to my husband though when they tell us we need to drive 1hr to come in to get a refund. The supervisor defended the horrible cuts saying I should have been charged **more** for the cuts and that that's why they look bad. Which, that reasoning makes no sense to me for why I wound up with unusable laminations, terrible cuts, and ruined artwork. I was charged for less cuts because their self-service paper cutter was tearing my cards and ruining my work, so the employee charged me less for cuts to compensate for that. Worth noting that supervisor refused to help with the self-service paper cutter, but one of the employees helped by changing out the blade. The supervisor made sure that the employee wasn't allowed to change the blade a second time, so the tearing resumed shortly thereafter. Now I need to re-do everything. Yay.
I've called multiple times for an order made Thursday. I did not receive a phone call about them putting my order on hold until they knew what paper to move forward with. Its saturday and Im waiting for an update and my event is from 11am-3pm that these coupons were needed for. Waiting on an update to update this review.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Staples location. I checked their website beforehand, where they clearly list reasonable prices for printing services. But when I arrived at the store, the prices were drastically higher. The difference was so extreme it felt like false advertising. Nothing in-store matched what was shown online. When I tried to ask for clarification, the employee at the copy center was completely unprofessional and dismissive. He ignored my questions entirely and simply told me, without explanation, that "those are the prices if you come into the store and print right away." That response is unacceptable — if that’s the case, it should be clearly stated online. Otherwise, I would never have come here in the first place. Rather than help, he responded with sarcasm and told me I could "call corporate" if I had an issue. He offered no assistance, no explanation, and acted like my concerns were a nuisance. I came here expecting a quick, simple task — exactly how they present it online. Instead, I left stressed, frustrated, and forced to find a last-minute solution to a problem they created. This kind of inconsistency and attitude is unacceptable from a national brand. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. Their advertising is misleading, their in-store prices are abusive, and their staff is anything but helpful or professional.
