Ike was very professional and thorough. He arrived on time, carefully checked the wiring issues, and patiently explained each step so I could clearly understand the situation. The whole repair process was smooth and efficient, and the problem was completely resolved. I really appreciate his professionalism and responsible attitude — it made me feel very confident and satisfied.

I am a relatively new to ZENTRO. There’s a lot to recommend but it was difficult to wait 24 hours for a tech person to resolve when my WiFi went down. The service was fast. I immediately connected to a person. But the wait for a tech person was long. I think the company should redesign its wiring. The number and multicolored wires are ugly.

Recently moved to a building with Zentro service and it’s my first time working with a setup like this. Could not get my Ethernet to be recognized. Derric from Zentro talked me through the entire process in less than 10 minutes and was patient and great. I’m grateful the days are behind me of working with the other main services and now Zentro is my provider! Excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vernon Moore from Zentro is the best. He came in at 8 o'clock in the morning to fix my Internet issue at my new apartment, and identified that zentro's connection did not extend into my apartment while it was in the building. He worked swiftly and was a pleasure to have around the entire time. He even wore booties before entering my apartment. Very pleased with the service and the internet.
