What a great service we had. The gentleman Mr Remme helped us with out laptop battery issue. He was very careful in opening the laptop to access the battery area and recommended us where to buy the battery cable on Amazon. He also educated us on how to properly plug the battery when we get the cable. All in all a great service, he was very patient and diligent. I am absolutely delighted from the service and highly recommend the place if anyone has to replace their laptop battery like I had to.

This place offers the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The entire team is incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Andrew is an absolute gentleman, and although I didn’t catch everyone’s names, each person here truly stands out for their exceptional service. Jason went above and beyond to help install my batteries and even resolved some additional issues I had. I’ll be coming back here time and time again. The store owner truly has a winning team. Shout out to Remi…had big Saturday plans in Denver and a last minute battery issue at 630 pm. Called store and spoke to Remi…told me to bring car over as soon as possible cause they closed at 7. Made it there by 645 and was installed and heading home by 705. Thanks Remi for saving my evening!!! Friendly, Professional and Efficient…5 Star service for sure!!!

Batteries Plus saved the day for me when my car battery died. A quick phone call assured me that they had the right replacement in stock, and once I got a jump-start and made it to their store, the entire purchase/replacement/installation took less than 15 minutes. The new battery has a full 4-year warranty. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Bonus: he proactively warned me that it might take a minute for all the crazy warning lights on my dash to disappear, and he was right.

An auxiliary battery I bought for my Chrysler Pacifica was 1/3 the cost of all the auto parts stores. And they had them in stock, which I would have had to order through the auto auto parts stores. They fully charged it before I picked it up, which I've never seen an auto parts store do. I've always had to put it on my charger After i bought it home, which can take 1/2-1 hour with 1-2 amps of current. The next time I need a car battery, I will check with them first.
