The Manager Bill ,(who refused to give a last name) is a lier and thief, told me I could exchange something that has a lifetime warranty, then wanted to argue about it, when i returned to exchange the item. After leaving and driving to another location, I called him back to let him know the other store honored the exchange(as it had a lifetime warranty). Manager Bill hung up on me ,mind you I exchange my brake pads at that location several times in past when they need replaced,I've never had a problem. This "Manager" has no business working at Advance Auto if he doesn't know basic policies.

Store didn't have the paint that I needed, but the employee was very helpful in getting me the sku number that I needed

I bought a warranty for windshield wiper blades back in August at this location, and when I went to return my old wipers they could not find a record of it. Crystal was amazing and worked with me to accommodate the warranty that I had previously paid for. AMAZING customer service and I will definitely be purchasing all of my wiper blades from here moving forward.

I needed a Battery for my Silverado. Billy the manager helped me select a battery and installed it for me saving me a core charge. It was also 20 degrees out. His attention to detail was excellent. If you need a battery this is the place. Thanks Billy for excellent service.

Mangers and staff are great use to dealing with Autozone but Advance has better service and parts are always available
