Horrible service! Cheap prices for inferior products. My sister walked in bought a battery and never touched the battery, walked out to her car, took a phone call. She walked back in and due to personal reasons decided to ask for her money back. Keep in mind she never touched or took possession of the battery but they refused to return her money. She asked all of the employees for help and was told there was no way she could get her money back. Being that she never took possession of the battery and never even laid eyes on it, why would they not refund her, even if it was with a fee. Terrible service and horrible reworked batteries.

Seemed legit until 2 months later the battery is completely dead. Dont ever go here. What you see is what you get...

I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy less than stellar service! I tried to call first to get details and no one answered the phone so I just visited the location. Get there! The place is trashy. I had to walk up under a garage door to get inside. The employee that greeted me wasn’t very helpful. They don’t say on their website or Facebook page that you have to install your own battery. I was then told that they would have to charge me $65 and I could bring the old battery back to get my $15. I then asked to pay with my debit card and they could not help me because their Manager was not there. So your ability to take credit or debit cards depend on the Manager being present? Go to Walmart! Buy a remanufactured battery and save the hassle!

Kim was great very help. Great prices on used batteries. Plus you get a 90 day warranty. WOW!!! You can't beat that. Only thing I did not like was it was hard to find there was no sign. When I got there they had more batteries than I've ever seen my life.. If you need a battery In the future make The battery shop of Columbus your first and last STOP.....

Was told to come back, because battery was on bottom skid. When returned a lady was sending everyone any informing they weren't open to the public. Which is fine, but I would have been appreciative if I was informed prior to me returning from my initial visit.

This place has never let me down and for $50 I have a battery. 90 day warranty I've never had to use.
