No overnight parking..!!! They close gate.. No inside space to park your trailer comfortably…., very tight.
I checked in at 9 am for 10 am appointment, but the lady said that my appointment was the next day even though I came in on time according to my dispatch & my confirmation, but the guy named Jason decided to take me in anyways and I am writing this review specifically for him. I truly appreciate this for you man. You saved me a whole day of waiting and made it possible that I could attend my friend’s wedding the next day. Thank you very much, 5-star all the way
Arrived 1.5 days early, $254 if you wanna pay to get unloaded day early, limited overnight parking, "be curitious to their out bound delivery trucks in am so park leaving room for them in am you’ll be ok" there’s a loves and flying j 5miles away in both directions north or south. Came back at 7a appointment time got unloaded in 25 minutes thanks
Not so bad. No smiles but friendly folk and quick unload. North lot locked at night but east gate open and space for a few trucks for parking at the south end. Wish SPRs would get it together so that I did not have to buy RFR fuel for a load going to a dry warehouse!
Took a little longer than 3 hours for half a trailer. Friendly staff, but not the best lot as far as parking to check in.
Very fast people. They don't mess around. They are flexible on appointment times as long as you call them and coordinate with them. No quarrells. I was in and out like the wind with a full truck load.
