CubeSmart Self Storage

So far my experience with Cubesmart has been decent, even though it has only been a week. I was surprised to find a bunch of shattered glass in my storage unit when I moved in. Luckily I had a broom with me and I was able to clean up most of it. Pricing is fair.

Just had the most wonderful interaction with the manager, Tracy, who not only helped me get my unit rented, but helped with a problem I encountered. Tracy was not only pleasant and helpful, but incredibly informative - she helped me get everything set up online with info that the website did not tell me. Thank you so very much for making the process so easy and fun!!!

First time renter of a storage unit. Demetri met me at the storage unit, showed it to me and answered all my questions. Although you can do everything online I chose to go to the store to fill out all my information. Also got to meet Tracey who is very knowledgeable. Thank you for making it so easy and secure.

The reason I went straight to this is simple the one time this place had on-site management and was well kept up ever since they went and removed the on-site management it doesn't seem to get quite the care that it used to not only that they increased the price of storage units at the same time they decreased. I think this is led to a serious security issue as they're also appears to be somebody living on property in a white van with two dogs she does not appear to be associated with the company. Hopefully this company will do better

This cube smart that we have is a lot more bigger a lot more bigger than the one that we did have and it's got a Gates that close cameras that work and it's in the middle of the royal area I love it 500 thumbs up. Thank you CubeSmart
