Extra Space Storage

Storage have a lot of lights and looks clean. But it's the worst policy ever. You can't get access to your stuff 24/7. You MUST buy their ultra mega package for extra and only then you'll get access. And you can't buy this package when already bought a storage. I just come from a different state with a loaded truck and I find it out only now. 1 star is deserved

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. I am a single mother, moving my self and two children for the first time, and I needed a place to store my stuff for a month. The employees here were very sweet and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I met 3 three employees during this month and every one of them were kind and the service they gave was excellent. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all so much!

Mckayla was great she took care of us and told us about the special they were running. Mckayla was helpful and officiant. Hightly recommend this storage facility if you are looking for one.

I rented a storage unit offline at the Grandview location, but it ended up not being available. The manager immediately fixed the issue, giving me a larger unit for the same price. I don’t remember the manager’s name, but she was VERY quick to resolve the issue, even on a Saturday afternoon. She was able to speak with her boss and help me out. I definitely left grateful and glad she was there. She handled it amazingly!

I’ve stored with Extra Space a couple of times now and every experience has been seamless. They’re helpful, prompt, and the check in process, app, and emails are all thorough. The climate controlled units do their part in storing items safely in the 4 seasons.

They were very friendly and easy to work with. I am not Teck savvy and they were able to explain everything in a way that I could understand it. I really appreciated the customer service. They were helpful and nice. I appreciate that in a business. Kess was very nice and patient with my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. 5 Stars!

If looking for a self storage facility in GH or UA, stop looking, ink a deal with Extra Space Storage. Why? Because it has been a great experience from start to finish. The website data is accurate, clear, and easy to use. I followed up my online search for a storage unit by calling. The call with Michelle "closed the deal"……I stopped looking after the experience. Michelle made the experience of contracting for the unit easy and quick. Extra Space Storage’s technology is up to date and easy to use. When I made my first visit to the facility, I already had the pass code and the swipe/scan installed on my phone. Lifting the door for the first time was a surprise, in a good way i.e. the 10 x 10 unit was spotless and dry. Tess (mgr.) was very helpful the day of arrival, she genuinely seemed happy that I was there.
