Integrity Moving and Storage

We hired Integrity Moving for what was always going to be a complicated move. At the time of booking, we had sold our home but hadn’t yet purchased a new one. It was suggested moving our belongings into pods so we’d have flexibility if we needed to rent temporarily. That made sense to us, so we proceeded with that plan. The booking process went smoothly, and when I met with their representative for the initial quote, I made it clear that I understood accidents can happen but that I was trusting them to take good care of our possessions. I was reassured that they often work with designers and high-end furniture and would treat our belongings with care. On moving day, the crew was on time and polite, and the packing began after our walk-through. The final bill was higher than quoted due to "extra packing supplies." When I noticed they reused some boxes from a prior job, I questioned why I was being charged full price for used boxes. The foreman seemed unhappy with me asking, but I let it go, trusting they would do their job properly. Six weeks later, our pods arrived at our new home. That’s when we discovered the real problems. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged—damage that was clearly due to poor packing and loading practices. Boxes had been stacked directly on fragile items and even on leather chairs. A large-screen TV was broken. Tape had been applied directly to finished furniture, causing damage when removed. Worst of all, furniture that should have been wrapped or padded wasn’t protected at all. I took photos that clearly show the inside of the pods and the lack of care taken. The movers who unloaded us—who had originally recommended Integrity—were embarrassed by the condition of the load and apologized for suggesting them. When I reached out to Integrity to report the damage, I was told "not our responsibility." While I do understand that these Pods where not theirs nor were they stored at their facility, in this case, the damage was directly caused by their crew’s improper packing and negligence. Their refusal to take any accountability was extremely disappointing. We trusted Integrity with our belongings and paid a premium price, but the service and outcome fell far short of what was promised. I cannot recommend Integrity Moving based on this experience. Unfortunately after seeing many reviews praising this company, we did not have a great experience. Upon pick up, at least one of the crew members were very careless with our items, damaging several of our nice Amish furniture pieces. Many items damaged were drawers which should have been very easy to handle carefully, more so than the very heavy amish bed or dresser, however most of our pieces had nicks and dents in them. We also noticed one doorway that was banged up after they left, needing repainted. Upon drop off, some of my family could smell weed on the crew members. It was very unfortunate to have our items damaged and we would not recommend this company if you have nice or expensive furniture. Update: Added a star after Integrity had a furniture repair company come out and repair the damage to our Furniture. The repairs look really good, and we cannot tell they were damaged. We are glad Integrity took our experience seriously and they really worked to make things right. We hope others do not have the same moving inconveniences we did.

Integrity Moving was so easy and friendly to work with before and during my move. I called to edit the list of items needing moved as my needs changed, and they were always responsive and helpful. When moving day came, the movers were on-time, respectful, skilled, and incredibly hard working. I was amazed at how they transported almost everything we own into a new home in one day! Including a piano, multiple couches, fragile items, and 3 beds they had to take apart and put back together. Highly recommend.

Top-notch experience start to finish with Integrity Moving! Hats off to Tyler, Mike & Josh for incredibly efficient, courteous, and diligent service. Really hard to deliver a great experience in the case of residential moving, but Integrity did just that. Will be a return customer for all future moving needs.

Integrity Moving did a great job for me. The crew was on time, very professional, efficient, and careful with my things. They were very polite and courteous and listened to my concerns. All- in-all, it was one of the best moves I've had (out of maybe 25). I highly recommend Integrity Moving.

We had a fantastic moving experience with Integrity Moving and Storage. They were very communicative, providing a detailed estimate and confirming details prior to the move. The moving crew was friendly, efficient, and careful. They came in under their estimated cost, and even offered to help move around furniture in the new home to make sure everything was as we wanted. I would hire again in a heartbeat!

The good: Really nice and respectful crew who took good care of our belongings. The bad: Pretty slow about the work and you’re paying by the hour. You also pay for a lengthyyy lunch for the crew. Most expensive lunch you’ll ever buy. Additionally, communication and expectations weren’t great. Based on our home, we fell right between 1-2 trucks. We said we’d box and transport all smaller items ourselves, which we were told would make it one truck. Still wasn’t enough and we ended up with several big items that the crew simply left behind. It left for a really long and stressful night of multiple trips across town, hauling large items and packing cars. Pretty brutal.
