Just Storage is a great place to store all of your personal possessions or sentimental items. The customer is great and I feel that my things are safe here. It is also climate controlled. I’ve been a customer for over three years. I would recommend Just Storage to all my family and friends.

I had already left a post , however it appears it did not go through, I’m leaving this 2nd post as the owner should know how the face of their company is running the office/ operation . I reviewed the online pricing and location, met my needs so the only thing left was to go through the tedious time consuming paperwork. To my surprise, the young lady ( Liz ) succinctly covered the contract , took my payment and walked me to a clean , move in ready unit. . Liz was very polite, and professional. Additionally, I told Liz I was unable to provide a email address , as I didn’t have one. Liz noticed I had an iPhone an advised me I had one with the phone , to my surprise I not only had an email address but close to 500 unread messages. Best of all Liz didn’t laugh at me . At least not to my face . You should know this young lady is an asset ! Needless to say hard to find . Consider this a 5 star review !

Liz and Gregg were great! We won a storage auction at this location. They were friendly, flexible, conversational, and even helped out some. Would recommend anyone to bid on a unit at this location. We’ll likely be back! Thank you.

With all the confusion. Things finally got set straight due to employees on site and calls to corporate for a better understanding.. The time limit got lost in my anger but once i learned in full detail, it all made sense.. So if you ever have any concerns, they got you... The new staff on site is great. i still recommend for storage. Very nice and clean inside. Its your ideal storage spot if you need climate control.. The inside closes at 9 now but it is the westside so i get it.. After it was all said and done. My rating is going back up

Greg was very helpful and thoughtful this evening and went above and beyond to give us great customer service. Anyone looking for a storage unit couldn’t go wrong choosing this place. Thanks again and have a great evening Greg.

We bought a unit at auction, while cleaning it out we were helped by Liz and Greg. They were absolutely fantastic and very helpful! Facilities were clean and well kept as well!

Greg’s customer service was awesome he explained in great detail about their services. He took care of an upset customer who was in there same time I was. He is very patient!!!
