NAPA Auto Parts

I stopped by what used to be the best NAPA parts store in the northend with a trailer grease ring for my spindlI knew I was in trouble when I layed it on the counter and the lady said "What is it". I explained what it was and said I need a replacement, the gentleman working with her said it was on the rack and when showing me to the rack display he pointed to a replacement kit, I told him I just needed the grease seal and he walked off. Problem soled, I went to O'Reilley's.

I loved the people who work there, very helpful and nice, especially the beautiful Amy and the friend with the beautiful beard.

Great customer service. And the workers are well informed about cars and what you may need to fix yours. Unlike some places they have to Google

I called NAPA about a battery that would not hold a charge. The car would run if jumped but could not start if the car was turned off. AAA jumped it but wanted >$200 to replace battery. I spoke with Annabelle at the Morse Rd location for NAPA. She was an absolute rock star in customer service! She answered my questions knowledgeable, and offered to help me if i could get the car to their store. She helped get a much better price on a battery and even changed the battery with her own tools in the parking lot! The car starts right up now! She also sometimes works in the Westerville location too!

Call them and they said that they absolutely mixed paint to come they would. After driving a hour there and they don’t mix paint on Sundays. What a waste of 2 hours of my day and money.

I can't believe it yesterday at the granville rd branch they didn't want to sell me because there were 15 minutes left to close now I come to morse rd 6 people at the counters and no one helped me it seems to me that they are racially profiling because I look Latino our Latin community do not waste your time in NAPA stores
