As a property manager, I work with many different service providers, and Nationwide Energy Partners has truly stood out as exceptional. Our account representative, Stephanie Muntz, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is consistently responsive, professional, and proactive—always staying on top of communication and making sure we have the information we need. Whether it’s answering resident questions, helping us navigate billing, or troubleshooting an issue, Stephanie handles everything with efficiency and a positive attitude. It’s clear she cares about providing great customer service, and that makes a huge difference in our day-to-day operations. Our cooperative worked with NEP for many years. There were a few bumps along the way, but everything was resolved and our overall experience was positive. When NEP’s service in NY came to an end, Rachel Alderfer (NEP's rep) did an great job helping us through the transition to a new metering company. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for us. We really appreciated her support and follow-through. I'll certainly miss having someone so accessible when there are any questions to be answered.

If your apartment uses this company as an energy company run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. These people charge fee after fee after fee. I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment with average usage and I pay ~$250 a month for just electric and water. They add "fixed" costs onto all of your utilities on top of your usage every month and pretend like it’s normal. The best thing about it? They’ll always find a way to charge you. Doesn’t matter what you do. Cut your power to your house, you’ll still owe them minimum $250 every month.
