Hannah Provided Fantastic Customer Service Support! I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service Hannah provided while helping me resolve a renters insurance charge. After calling multiple times to explain that I already had my own rental insurance covering my stored belongings, I finally connected with Hannah—and I’m so glad I did. She listened attentively and responded with such grace and kindness. Hannah assured me she’d be more than happy to help, and she clearly explained the steps she would take to resolve the issue. Her empathy and professionalism were truly impressive. Thanks to Hannah’s prompt and thoughtful support, my concern was fully resolved by the very next business day. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to making things right. Hannah turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I’m deeply grateful for her help.

We had trouble with our lock, technically we had problems with our key, we thought we lost them. We had no idea what to do. We called and left a message, and to our surprise, Hanna called back quickly, in today's world that is a surprise by itself, the fact she had all the necessary facts was even more shocking. We drove over and Hanna was polite and helpful. She explained our options, and helped us begin the process. We walked out, happily on our way to a new lock. When we actually found our keys, that same day Hanna really seemed happy that we could save a few dollars, and helped unwind the whole deal. She is smart, friendly and a joy to work with. We didn't know what to expect when we rented the facility, it was our first storage unit, we were shocked when we found someone so customer service driven and helpful. Thank you, Hanna.

Hannah sets the bar for customer service and satisfaction! Had trouble logging in, Hannah patiently walked me through the process stayed online making sure I was able to take care of everything needed. Yay Hanbah!

Hannah was awesome and very helpful from the time we reserved our unit and everything. Today Hannah and Mike both was very helpful and at our unit quickly when I called and needed help getting our door to shut… they both came over to our unit and helped in a timely manner… Hannah is very helpful and does her job
