I had such a great experience working with Elyssa at the Sawmill Verizon in Dublin. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me. She took the time to carefully understand what I needed, walked me through all my options, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the absolute best deal possible. It’s rare these days to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also truly cares about making the process easy and stress-free - and she did exactly that. I left feeling so grateful that I happened to get her as my rep. If you’re heading to this Verizon store, I highly recommend asking for her - you’ll be in excellent hands!

Stopped in for routine check up on account at the 6820 Sawmill location. I was greeted by a great staff. Had the pleasure of Nathan at that location advising me on my account and educating me on new equipment. I’d suggest if you have questions to stop in and speak with him.

Had a great experience with Matt! We had a unique experience of getting 2 phones hooked up in store and took 2 home with us to do later. Matt was awesome getting the 2 in store to work flawlessly. Then he took the time to help us get the two we took home running. I messed up and he talked me through restoring one and getting the apps and photos to the new phone. The second phone needed the number ported. He called Verizon on a 3 way and we got the other phone going. I hate to say it but customer service like this is rare to find... and Matt showed professionalism and PATIENCE in spades dealing with me. I can't thank him enough!

Chad took great care of me when I came in needing to replace my phone. He advocated for me with customer service to clear up an account issue, set up my new phone, improved my overall plan and saved me money in the process all while maintaining a great attitude and pleasant conversation. He is a clear master of his craft! When going to a cell phone store I expect to wait a while and deal with some frustration. I encountered none of that here. This is a great store that sets an example others should follow.

Neil Brown at the sawmill road location gave us one of the best experiences I’ve had at a retailer in a very long time. Neil was helping us get our trade in phone turned in after having set up my wife’s new line at a different location. Neil went above and beyond and helped us get the trade in completed and got us a credit back for something that wasn’t even in our radar for the visit that day. I was hesitant to have him dive into that process as we were in a hurry, but Neil said he promised it would be fairly quick process since he had listened to us and wrote down all the notes he would need for customer service. It was FAST, we got our credit, and left feeling so good after Neil OVER DELIVERED on what he said he would do. I won’t be buying a phone anywhere else and you better believe I’ll be looking for Neil next time we come in for anything!

Elyssa was absolutely the best person I've ever worked with at Verizon. Her knowledge and expertise was above and beyond. She was able to access my broken phone and put me right into a new one.
