Short version...I had a "newspaper" created for grandson's 13th birthday. The young man that assisted me with the printing was fantastic. Professional, kind and asked questions to clarify what i wanted and verified I was satisfied with the result. He listened to my proud granny story with a wonderfuI smile and kind manner. I am a senior with only basic computer skills. I wish I had gotten his name. Need something printed go to Staples copy center for excellent service and outstanding customer service. Thanks for helping this granny!

sun nov 2nd- the employees, including the manager, sort of just shuffle around and look busy and ignore customers. i stood there for 10min waiting for a flyer i already paid for while customers gathered at the desk and employees avoided eye contact. a simple "hi, i’ll be right with you when im finished with this order!" goes a looooooooong way. grown adults btw. god bless yall

This store has serious issues with the employees. They all walk around there like they're so busy and act like it's an imposition to help you. There is no eye contact no smiling whatsoever and no additional help you're pretty much on your own trying to find a printer and even to place it into your cart was a major chore. When I returned it because it didn't work I was met with a lot of additional rude behavior.

I recently visited to collect flyers I had ordered. Although the young man in the printing department was courteous, the older gentleman at the front desk was dismissive, asking me what I wanted before proceeding to dispose of trash while I waited to make my payment. After providing cash for the transaction, he carelessly tossed my change on the counter, stating 'here you go' without providing a receipt. His behavior was unacceptably rude, I will be taking my business to Office Depot in the future. I fail to comprehend the rationale behind being discourteous to customers without provocation. Find a different job if you can not be courteous to your customers.

Love the atmosphere and employees here. Not only do they work, but the employees will also teach you anything you’re having a problem with. This place makes my business and life better.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT customer service at Staples during a busy get ready for school sale and no tax weekend. I (and several other people wanted to buy school supplies to give away to children who might not receive any. I specifically wanted to buy the Crayola 24 pack of crayons for $0.50. Although there was a limit of only 30 per customer, I could find none available on the various displays. Thankfully a very kind young man who was working as a Staples Associate offered to climb up a HUGE ladder to gather up boxes of crayons from the stock storage area. He never complained (although the store was quite busy) and continued to be helpful throughout my multi part transactions; and assist with my use is the Staples app to ensure I received my Rewards points! I’ve forgotten his name but he is definitely a five star performer!

Older gentleman was the cashier this morning, no name tag- but extremely rude! Not the first time he’s had zero customer service skills either…I’ve been in this store a few times and he is always unfriendly and offers no help. Unfortunately, I will no longer be buying any materials for my employer from this location.
