Apex Recycling & Disposal

I love this company. So many reasons. Very easy to get them on the phone anytime I call. just hit 1 button and a human being us at your disposal(no pun intended but pretty funny).Today I had a completely full paper recycle bin plus about 6 more boxes as I cleaned out the basement. the APEX truck stopped, got out and personally placed them in his truck. Thank you Alex…huge fan here!

APEX roll-off driver Tim was amazing with delivery and pick-up of a dumpster the height of our house for a re-roof project. Didn’t leave a mark, personable and professional.

Driver backed me into a curb and wouldn't let me make room for him. Your drivers have anger issues. Our garage hasn't been picked up for several weeks as well. Got a call back looks like no accountability. Not shocked with these people out making our streets more dangerous.

Trash is blowing all over the neighborhood!! Spent the last hour cleaning up trash that should have been collected over a day ago. literally watched pickup driver drive off without collecting trash yesterday, called and talked to Payton who informed me my address was on the route but driver had not been by yet (clearly a lie) called today, she said she couldn’t confirm if my trash would even be picked up today. My Bills paid, trash outside correctly. Over a day late with pickup and clearly dishonest staff I know it a garbage company but treating clients like the product is a. Mistake.

Apex drivers need to slow down in neighborhoods there are children waiting for buses and or outside on bikes. Slow down you don’t need to drive 30 miles an hour rushing through neighborhoods

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to our garbage guy today. We had overflowing cans from a birthday party this weekend. My husband and I were running late and forgot to place them on the street. I got home and saw an empty can in front of our house and assumed maybe hubby ran back home. When I checked the Ring I was surprised to see our guy walk down the driveway, grab our can, empty it, then move it out of our driveway so we can get back in. I have NEVER had this happen. This is so above and beyond it restored my faith in humanity. I hope he is recognized in the photo and given a huge pat on the back. You are so awesome THANK YOU!!

I emailed the office to ask about resizing a garbage container; I was assigned since bi-monthly service first began, a 30 - 35 gallon container and enquired about changing service to weekly and then also about rate increase for a 65 gallon container. The office person who assisted me was very thorough and gave me the right information; I was able to get the service changed over and they were kind enough to patiently walk through the options with me. Thank you. Apex is a good service provider in the community
